Subscription workflow
Bulk website restoration for agencies
Last updated 11 August 2026
Bulk restoration is for agencies, portfolio operators, developers, and owners who need to recover multiple archived websites from structured domain and snapshot-date inputs without creating a separate manual workflow for every site.
When bulk restoration fits
Use a subscription when restorations are repeated work rather than a one-off emergency. Eligible plans provide account billing, job tracking, bulk import, and monthly restoration allowances while each domain retains its own job and outcome.
Prepare a structured domain list
The bulk workflow accepts domain and target-date rows, validates archive availability, and admits eligible rows through the account restoration flow. Different domains can use different snapshot dates; invalid rows are surfaced for correction rather than silently submitted.
Track outcomes per website
Each restoration remains independently trackable through job status, preview, gap evidence, and download readiness. A mixed batch therefore does not conceal which sites are ready, limited by archive evidence, or need attention.
Plan larger portfolios before purchase
For workloads above the published subscription allowances or more than 200 sites a month, contact support before purchase. Share the number of domains, date-selection method, expected cadence, and delivery needs so product limits and archive uncertainty are clear before work begins.
